The Solana Community Awards are a community-run prize-giving: the Solana ecosystem picks both the shortlist and the winner. The community nominated, the nominations became 48 finalists across 12 awards, and the vote that decides them is open now. The winners are named on stage at Somerset House in London on Friday 13 November 2026, from 7pm to 9pm, two days before Breakpoint opens at Olympia.
How to vote
Voting runs on the Foundation's Breakpoint awards page, solana.com/breakpoint/awards: one vote per category, and a submitted vote is final and cannot be changed. It closes on Monday 9 November. The page takes one category at a time and keeps a count of how many of the twelve you have voted in.
The twelve awards and their shortlists
Six go to people: Solana Artist, Content Creator, Trader, Streamer, Ambassador and Memelord. Six go to communities and projects: NFT Community, Meme Community, Superteam, Seeker dApp, Collab of the Year and Campaign of the Year. Each has four finalists.
A few, to give the flavour. The Superteam award is between Superteam Thailand, Canada, Malaysia and UK, the last being Breakpoint's home team and the people running the London Hacker House. The NFT Community shortlist is MonkeDAO, Claynosaurz, Galactic Geckos and Mallow. The Seeker dApp award, for apps on Solana Mobile's phone, is between SP3ND, MattleFun, Rosentica and Gib.Work. Collab of the Year includes the World Series of Poker, which the Solana Foundation sponsors this year, and Raposa Coffee, last year's People's Award winner. The Foundation's finalists post has a paragraph on every one of the 48.
The night
The hosts are Bangerz, Solquicks and Maurice; the first two also ran the first edition. Each award opens with an intro video made by someone from the community, and the winners take home the Toly, a gold 3D-printed trophy inspired by Anatoly Yakovenko in the dragon costume he wore on stage at Breakpoint 2023 in Amsterdam, each one modelled, printed and painted by hand by Bangerz. The show is presented by SatRush, a Bitcoin mining game built on Solana. The Solana Ecosystem Call records its London show live in the same room an hour before.
Getting in, or watching
Attendance is free and by host approval: request a place on the Luma page, which shows the exact address only to registered guests and warns that space at the venue is limited. Everyone else can watch the livestream on 13 November; the Foundation says it will carry videos from Solana creators. The Luma listing's calendar slot runs from 6pm to 9pm London time, which takes in the Ecosystem Call's live show an hour before the 7pm ceremony.
Why it is on a Solana calendar
Because the Solana Foundation runs it as part of Breakpoint week, and every one of the 48 finalists is a Solana artist, creator, trader, streamer, meme account, Superteam or project, put forward and voted on by the Solana community. It is the evening of the week given over to the people rather than the protocol. The first edition was at Breakpoint 2025 in Abu Dhabi, where 14 winners were crowned; this is round two. Somerset House is busy all of that Friday: the Solana Intelligence Summit runs there from 10:00 to 18:00, and the Hacker House, which Superteam UK runs from 1 to 12 November, ends with the Solana Demo Day the day before. Breakpoint itself is 15 to 17 November.
Vote category by category rather than in one sitting: a submitted vote is final, and the four-name shortlists mix the household names with people most voters have not read, so the ten minutes on the finalists post are worth spending before you click. For the ceremony itself, the Luma page warns that space is limited and asks guests to keep their RSVP up to date, so request early and cancel if your plans change. If you already have a place at the Intelligence Summit that day, you are in the right building; anyone coming from 200ms at Olympia, the same day, has a journey across London to allow for.
