The number to read first is 150. That is the cap the Solana Foundation has put on the room, and it is the design of the day rather than a detail of it — a curated executive gathering that is limited on purpose so the conversations are with people who can act on them.
Who is in the room
Allocators, investors, operators, policymakers and infrastructure providers, drawn from traditional finance and digital assets both. The Foundation's own framing puts the forum “at the intersection of institutional capital, private capital, and financial innovation”.
What is discussed
How tokenized assets, stablecoins and internet-native financial infrastructure are reshaping global capital markets. That is the whole published brief: no track list, no session titles, no speakers as of 6 September.
The eight hours
12:00 to 20:00 in Orchard. Luma gives the district and withholds the street — the address goes to registered guests, which is the usual shape for an invitation-controlled room.
The clash worth knowing about
The Solana Summit runs in the same city on the same day. One is the builders' day and this is the institutional one, and they overlap by six hours — so Singapore on 6 October is a choice, not a schedule.
No price and no application criteria
No price, no application criteria, and no indication of how the 150 are selected. Sponsorship goes through events@solana.org; attendance goes through the official site.
A 150-seat cap in a week that also carries a summit means the guestlist closes on relevance rather than on date. If the forum is the reason you are flying, apply before you book — the summit will still be there if this one says no.
